At Scales and Tails of Ohio, we want you to love your reptile-inspired fashion. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
